The Impact of Sperm Counts on Male Fertility

Do we need to know the answer to whether sperm counts are falling? That's a really good question. I think the jury is very much out on that. The majority of the people who work on this are absolutely sold on this being the case. But arguably we might be able to answer that question through other means. We could look at how the uptake of assisted reproduction is around the world. There are big massive hundreds of thousands of pieces of data that don't rely on the sperm count and we could be doing more with those.
