Mirrored Ceilings and Elevators

One listener says he was trapped in an elevator for more than an hour. The power went out on his block and it's when he was in the elevator. He used a phone to call dispatch, but they couldn't reach him. Another said she doesn't like mirrored ceilings or elevators because they're confusing.
