The New Ruler

The managerial revolution will result in a total replacement, in the time period 19 15 to 19 65, of capitalism by managerialism. Managers are thus the new ruling class. As with the rise of capitalism, ideology will buttress this seizure of power. The relevant ideologies have not yet been fully worked out but are approximated by lenanism, stalanism, national socialism and at a more primitive level, by new ism and such less influential American ideologies as technocracy.
