Sonoran hot dogs are made in Hermosillo, Mexico. They use a different kind of bun that's denser than like a regular hot dog bun. The one thing that is absolutely immovable in all this is that the hot dog is enrobed in bacon. That's what gives it that appeal to the drunks at 2 a.m.
