How SPACs Work

David Sherman: SPACs are a publicly traded company that were issued with an IPO. He says shareholders of the SPAC can vote and favor the deal, but choose not to participate in the merged company. If they announce a deal sooner, you get your money back sooner or you're so excited it's the next D-Wack Donald Trump media empire which goes up a lot.
