Is Cleopatra a Barbarian Anomaly?
The Romans depict Cleopatra as this barbarian anomaly. She is very much depicted as leading a Roman general astray. But Plutarch does have this kind of grudging, but respect for her. Equally, what we've seen here and throughout is that she can be extremely ruthless.
