The Moon and Its Gravity Are Important for Life

The diversity of different areas does help with the longevity of a planet. The moon is particularly interesting, like, not many planets have moons that are as big compared to the size of the planet, as ours. It's theorized that a long time ago, another planet hit the earth, and sort of the moon is what came out of that. So it could be that not many planets get smashed with another planet and create a moon, which turns out to be necessary for life.
