The Importance of Having a Customer Support Team

If you don't have a customer support team, that means you have to do an investment. But the cost of losing customers is way too high because everyone knows these statistics about how expensive is to acquire a customer than to keep a customer. So my perception is that we have to be way more agile when we experiment with the data. And another thing that they could be doing is to leverage the RPA or robotic process automation plus the AI.
