The Power of Local Buy-in in Downtown Milwaukee

Another deal that stands out is a ground up development of 160,000 square foot office building in downtown Milwaukee. We contributed $14 million towards that deal. The good news is now, the building is going vertical. And the leasing traction has been very strong. So I think when it's all said and done, we're going to feel very fortunate to be a part of that deal two or three years from now.
