The film opens with a flash back, as actually all of a jordan's films do. There is a terrible tragedy on the set of this showwhen chimpanzee loses its bearings and gets very violent during filming. The square plays the ape and o in a kind of a c g i fashion. So you we see the sequence a couple of times in the film from different angles.
