The Importance of Upskilling
I get a huge amount of joy and satisfaction in knowing that my business will directly and immediately benefit from the skills that they accrue. And so will they, even if they're not here, just like globally, that's like the next version of them. Well, it's doing the right thing, right? Like, you should make a positive impact on your team. And you should be happy that they're making themselves better. If they go deliver those services somewhere else, great. It's when you hire the wrong person and they don't share the value and that it sometimes goes sideways on you.
