How Does Chess.com Know That Someone Is Cheating?
How does chess.com know that someone is cheating? Because it's not like with the aim bots or the steroids where you can drug test or you know that a program is running on a computer, right? It's a little bit more complicated here. They have an algorithm that crunches expected moves in a given situation. And I guess if they have you know patterns of someone making moves that are far beyond their skill level which as he said chess has a rating system and if they're just sort of repeatedly patterns of moves that would be more likely made by an AI or an extremely high level player with someone who doesn't have that sort of experience, it gets flagged more or less.
