How to Scale a Revenue Operations Team

There are ratios that are ratios that I've seen would say it is anywhere from five to seven to 10% of the teams in scope. But you have to be careful about using those benchmarks for two reasons, especially when you're scaling a team. You may have imagine you have like six different teams already and you just have one or two people in each team doesn't mean you can only do one person in revenue ops. So think about a job to be done part of my bill with a top down approach. Okay. Super helpful.
