A warm up, even if it's teeny-wainy, is sort of non-negotiable. You might not be able to do all the five-minute routine that I'm suggesting but you could do bits of it for sure. Jiggle the body, shaking the shoulders, the legs, the arms. Shimmy, your bum. We're going to do a spine roll now. So feet under the hips, knees released, feel the ground, bum heavy, spine long, neck free and you're just going to drop the head forwards. And my point, dear listener, in sharing this seemingly unrelated story about bananas is that now I'm even better eating bananas.
