The Importance of Team Training
In 84, I joined the Navy as a research psychologist, civil society and I was hired to develop a team training team performance laboratory. What I had to go the first was to try to understand the kind of teams that I was dealing with. At three, six months, I remember traveling to a US Navy basis and trying to look at submarine teams, different types of combat teams. So those were the two things that I was thinking about in my early career.
