Adriana: Getting the people ready to run is one of the realisations. I built a team and group at MYB that was done over a period of time. And we'd had all the, we had embedded teams. They were right in the strategic decisions flowing through. But what happened? There wasn't a strong voice anymore at the senior leadership level. Once you've lost that momentum, it's very hard to rebuild that trust or structure.
