Is Obstruction of Justice an Offense Related to a Felony?
The Supreme Court has granted cert for a case about obstruction of justice. The question here is whether obstruction of justice has to be about an ongoing proceeding. And the consequences, as he said, I mean, you know, one guy got 12 months in prison, but he is under mandatory removal from the country after being here for 40 years.
