Are Performance Reviews Like Annual or Do You Do It Differently?

We do annual performance reviews. It provides, you know, that time for us to be transparent. If the time comes where you've got to let somebody go, you got to exit them out of the organization. I don't think that conversation ever gets easier but we make it short and sweet. And at the end of the day, if Natalie is successful in the next 10 years, it is through what this organization has created.
