If we hunch our shoulders up, like there's a big artery there that just kind of gets cut off. We want as much blood flow getting through our arms as possible while we're climbing. Hands are really important because essentially we have two points of contact with the wall. What we do with our toes and our feet is very important. And I see a lot of people using a hammer for everything for lack of a better word, right?
