Strokes - Is the Nestagmus Changing Direction?
The vestibular system, when it's broken, sort of only works in one direction. The key is that the nstagnus basically never changes direction. Once you see that nestagmus, then you want to confirm that the patient has a stroke. A non trivial fraction are going to turn out to have stroke.
