Is God in the Middle of Nowhere?

I heard the teaching originally conveyed to me by mister ro bell, but there was a a book out there by cushner that talked about am this passage. He's in the hebrew's way of saying he's in the middle of nowhere. And it's this awareness of god's holiness and the sacredness of what god's doing in the world is present no matter where or who you're at em. I think we've been to a few places. Yes? Ies a lawer.
