Douglas Harding wrote the first book on having no head, published in 1964. He shared it with his secretary and thought he could die now after she 'blown her mind' His experiments began at the end of the 60s when he started inventing them. The man with no head met prominent Buddhists such as Alan Watts or Philip Caplo.
