Netflix is fighting a different battle than everyone else. All the HBO's and Peacocks are duking it out in the US. Netflix wants to be something we've never seen before, a global TV network. The average American is watching 150 hours per month of television that's more than five hours per day. But for them, while video services could be really interesting businesses, they're also fundamentally side gigs.
