The Bradlaw Besant Trial and the Effects on Fertility

The UK's fertility rate did not decline with it industrialized. It became urban and wealthy without falling fertility. France did have falling fertility, even though it didn't industrialized its rapidly. And they show that anglophone fertility in Canada began to fall at the same time but Francophone fertility did not. Why? Because anglophone Canadians were reading British newspapers.
