Although CAR-T cells have demonstrated remarkable success in several diseases, including multiple myeloma, acute lymphoblastic leukemia (ALL), and non-Hodgkin lymphoma (NHL), there has been less success with these agents in patients with chronic lymphocytic leukemia (CLL).
