The Pandemic of Mind Shift

The web is a great metaphor for the giant graph that is the systems of our world right so the pandemic and supply chain issues all of these things. All of these require systemic approaches to try and resolve and text no different than that. And I think you've used the term mind shift, maybe to describe the way that we need to change our thinking in order to be systems thinker. It seems like we were still, it seems like you're still doing the same thing. Now we're still whiteboard testing for JavaScript in both cases and during hiring, but the challenges and why we would fail are gone.
