How Do You Manage Your Burnout in the Classroom?
As a person individually, I've always liked being outside walking, running. Those are just things I enjoy doing, but I'm sure do help with mental health. forming actual friendships with the people I worked with made quite a big difference for me when that started to happen. It's nice to have someone in the room who might know what's going on with you when you're having a hard day and can maybe step it up a little bit to help you out.
