Worker's Compensation - What's the Difference?

Employers have a big role to play in supporting employees who are having a hard time. If that hard time is coming from outside of work, then it's about what supports you can provide. The longer people are outside of work once they have suffered a psychological injury, the longer it takes for them to get back into work again.
