I wanted this to be a book that teachers could use with other teachers or within their department or cross-colleague. There's lots of activities where it's thought-provoking and even creating questions at that moment when they're read something about the hallmarks of writing a good question. So I do understand where someone walking into a classroom is like alien and shut the door and don't come in. That's a shame because I love what Dylan Williams said about how every teacher can improve. Every teacher can get better no matter where you're up to. And I think yeah, I wish all schools were like it. I wish that was the culture. Because that's within your book on
