The Importance of Thinking
I'd like to ask what the panel think about dawn as an intellectual, as a thinker, as a reader. I know that she blitzed through libraries' worth of books and would listen to albums and watch box sets. She couldn't afford to be a specialist, she would have to do broadcast as well with some horrible people on like Murdoch owned broadcast networks. But there was a richness in all of her output,. Be it the very skilled journalism that she did as well as the sort of intellectual side and also the popular side, she loved popular culture.
