How I Learned Customer Experience From Project Management and Customer Experience
i was asked to come work in house in the marketing team at the sought for company. In that projuct management, i started to fall in love with the customer experience portion of it all. And so then i kind of, just, when i went back out into free lancing, i merged all those experiences and turned it into what is now my micro agency called fix my curn where we're really focused on helping monthly, recurring, revenue based businesses. We help them fix their curn related problems through ema marketing life cycle campaigns, happy customers or a high performing support team.
