Is There a Need for an Analyst to Help?

I would scope it down even more. We already focused on, like I said, just some small part as a checkout experience. But I would maybe go even smaller and get that dashboard up and running faster. Because there was a big kind of black box also for these key stakeholders about what I was actually doing or where's the progress. So probably chunk it as small as possible.
