In the best times, i've been a real not nice person. Necessarily, i have had expectations or demands that i communicated in really poor ways. Or i reflect back on words that i've used in coaching the business doesn't hurt me as much as the way that i treated others or was treated. It's interesting, cause when i first joined zendesk, id reported to the ceo, and so i was able to create a relationship with him early on. And so i got hired over three or four times. But it didn't ultimately stop me from carrying about the business and what i was trying to do there in the growth i was seeing myself.
