If 12 of you go to the village board with a petition saying, we would like it so that leaf blowers aren't allowed unless they're electric, it'll get passed because no one's going to vote against you. He says once we have free off the grid power, electricity, all you want at no cost, people will start putting stuff back into the grid and other people are going to start doing that. But that's not going to happen if we try to conserve our way out of this
