Is Eclipse Really Better Than the Alternative?

Eclipse lets you drag files into folders and build them from there. But when it's tied in as well with source control, things can get ugly. You have to kind of walk this graff m through the dependency process. And also your shell script doesn't self document like the fact that things are in a certain order. If we didn't have this, it would be horribleti t thit's better than the alternative.
