You're not eating a ton of protein each day. So how do you deal with that trade off of drinking more of the protein versus eating it when you talk about satiety? Right. It is better to have chewable food in general. Chewable food is the way to go. Milk is one exception though. If it's cow's milk, it does turn into a semi solid in your stomach. so it can actually be a little more satiating,. which is interesting. The same thing you could make that like, you know, take chocolate casing powder and put 1-2 tablespoons of peanut butter powder. And then that will be very satiating even though it is a liquid
