The Dismissal of a Federal Case
David Franklin: The basis for the dismissal was a little bit more technical than I had expected. He can refile the case in state court. But as of this moment, his federal case is dead. And part of the case, as I understand it was dismissed with prejudice. So he loses unless he appeals the decision, but I don't think he has. Really grounds for a successful appeal here.
