The Future of User Experience
Garrett: I think you have to be aware of what the competition is doing with their user experience but not be too influenced by it. In my ideal world we will have AI eventually and we'll have recommendations around the UX so it'll actually change accordingly who's using it. Garrett towards younger demographics in general without ostracizing the older generation there's a way to kind of like ease it in.
