The Tax Implications of NFTs for Starbucks

There have been discussions that there's a 1099BA for digital assets just to match this new reporting requirement. And I've talked with other tax practitioners who have thought that maybe why Odyssey hasn't taken flight yet is because they might be subject to this new broker recording requirement when it comes out. We're still kind of waiting on those regulations to be released. But that's just one example of how these innocent NFTs have a lot of tax implications.
