I'm going to outline what I see as the five steps of wise biblical planning. There's actually six steps and there's one non step. Do not plan or devise evil, harm, misery, distress against your neighbor. The first call is the call to mystery. At the same time, 100%, 100% we are responsible and God is sovereign.
