The Importance of Teamwork

I had an amazing coach, one of the best ever. And Rick Mageras, and we worked as a team. You were never alone ever. We play hundreds of games because it's a lot like the Conan Learning. When you have to give a supreme effort, then you know that that's a different level learning. Now you know what tired is. But when you don't have a team, you're your dad, Nate. I mean, it's not necessarily easy to put a team together. It's taken us years and years.
