A big u n presence can distort the local job market. The un has this principle that suggests that locally hired staff should be paid among the best in an area, but not the absolute best. So over all, this phenomenon is a net good for african capitals. But there are obvious downsids. A driver could make between nine thousand and 14 thousands dollars a year. It's a lot less than expert staff, but in a country where the g d pepe capiter in a year is about one thousand, 800 dollars alot,. That's pretty difficult for other employers to compete with.
