Caffeine, I have no problem with caffeine. If you're going to go over 400 or 500 milligrams, that's a lot of caffeine. Some people can tolerate more depending on if you are a fast metabolizer. People metabolize it differently. When I get over 150 milligrams of grams of caffeine in a serving, this is how I found when I'm over the limit. And I literally have these micro anxiety attacks during training.
