How to Get Reps and Grow

I think there's a couple of things. One I've asked particularly particular people in the church who are listening to me, I've asked them for direct feedback. And then I, you know, every once in a while, I'll watch my own sermons and go, okay, is there anything I'm doing here that's weird or I'm missing a point? We also do kind of a communal evaluation of each other at Woodside Bible Church. So it's kind of a community effort for me just to learn and to grow.
