How to Find the Right Innovations?
i think actually the innovation comes from within the team. And now your goal is a sos, to harness the innovation from everyonean if you look at two extremes, i think there's the steve jobs apple and gugle. We're making so much money from search, everyone can come up with ideas. If you get five thousand votes, go for it. We'll fund it. But the problem is gugle then went and killed most of those projects cause they didn't line with any key strategy or vision. So how do you find the right things?
