Most people in europe and north america would turn our noses up at a locust. But we'll wolf down a shrimp with with enthusiasm. What's the difference? You know, there that theyre both ar thropods. They're both kind of segmented with an exo skeleton and lots of legs. We've been taught from birth that shrimps are tasty and locusts are disgusting. If you were brought up in africa, you'd be very happy to eat a locUST. So i'm sure we could change, but there's a little way to go.
