IPOs Are a Very Important Measuring Markdown
In the last quarter have like six or seven companies either IPO or Go IPO at this point and then we just saw something incredible happen in SAS Slack get bought by Salesforce slack getting Bought by Salesforce is that a win because it was at twenty seven billion dollars is an eight hundred million dollar company. Most companies sell out of fear you know it could be fear of lack of growth fear of competition fear of internal morale but fear like generally drives sales I don't think that's a good thing said obviously they're acquiring a significant premium so hard to tell what was driving that That's really not an area I pay all that much attention to I'm not an investor in slack back in the day yeah
