Async for Django

There is some streaming report, async support for streaming HTTP response. This gives us the ability to do things like long polling or service and events. That nice service, service and event type pattern in Django itself would be brilliant. And then things like web sockets and whatnot can be in channels or another third-party package. From now on, we'll be about filling in the gaps, making it more usable get.
