How to Predict and Influence Behavior Change
The Combi model says capability, motivation and opportunity together predict and influence behavior. If the behavior change is not occurring, you can kind of go through these things as a checklist. Do they seem motivated to actually do this? Potentially yes or no, they're grinding through it. They're making themselves do it. Okay, we need to check what are your goals? Is your intrinsic motivation aligned up? And that's basically what you assess.
