The Importance of Intelligence

My sister has a little plaque in her kitchen, which I find very amusing. It basically says the following: Would you like to speak to the man in charge or the woman who knows what's what? So yeah, a man in charge? Who gets the job as boss? A man. But is he really on the ball? Is he really good up? Now it'll be a woman who actually knows what's happening, but she won't be called the boss.
